1. If any order is not delivered to you within 1 month from the date of purchase a full refund will be issued to you with no cancellation fee.
2. Any refunds to a customer will be deposited back to the customer by automatic bank transfer within 5 business days from refund notification.
3. Oberland will notify customers by email on any shipping delays with their order in real time.
4. Our standard wait time for all orders is 14 days from date of purchase.
As we are an online business there is no direct face to face contact with our services to our customers. All orders are conducted online and information is processed electronically. All our suppliers and delivery providers take all the necessary steps to ensure a safe COVID-19 workplace and when delivering Oberland orders.
