Refund Policy

All bags are strictly non-refundable and sold on an as is basis unless they are stated otherwise on our website. We do not accept returns or credit transfers for change of mind or faulty products. 

Our standard delivery wait time for all orders is 21 days however because of COVID19 we have extended our standard wait time to now 28 days to allow for any minor delays in our supply chain.

Regarding COVID19 affected deliveries - Due to COVID19 affecting worldwide logistics at short notice causing last minute extended delays in order deliveries, we offer the following solution below for our Oberland Customers:

If your order cannot be delivered to you within 1 month from date of purchase, Oberland will happily refund you your total order amount in full as soon as we receive confirmation your order cannot be delivered to you within our standard 1 month wait time.
